i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

LOVE my massages with Rio so much that I've followed her to her to her new studio. It's such a calm and inviting space and I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. She takes her time to work on particular areas of tension and I feel great afterwards. Can't recommend her enough.

She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.
