Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Amazing sports massage by the lovely Terence, managed to get long-standing knots out of muscles, feel so much better now. I’ll definitely be a regular client - would certainly recommend!

Had a great massage and would highly reccomend.

Terence is a very knowledgeable young man and I have had him visit my home twice now and both times he has been able to ease a tight painful hip flexor caused by years of running. I will be using Terence monthly or bi monthly from now on and would recommend anyone with pain from sports to give him a try.

Patrick is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. His massages and his sports injury work are brilliant and have benefitted me massively. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had massage session with Shakira today, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and really get to know what I needed from the session. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout, the massage was amazing and I felt lighter and in a relaxed mindset afterwards. It's truly helped me with my self care, I would highly recommend and would like to return again.
