I went for a sports massage with Luke and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and experience is incredible. I told him my issue, he identified it and then also got up a visual aid to confirm and further explain the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During the treatment he suggested that we try cupping. He spoke through exactly what it was before starting; it was definitely the right thing for me!

First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke and his lush hot stone massage have worked their magic on my sticky shoulder over a number of treatments. I wasn't able to lift my arm any higher than 45degrees. I can now get it up (🤣) to near on 90degrees after treatment, this just proves Luke has worked his magic once more. Thank you Luke x.
