Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.

Without doubt the best massage I’ve had. Didn’t realize just how tight and sore my muscles were. Ben is knowledgeable, professional and also a nice bloke. Time flew over and I felt like a different person when I left.

Fantastic deep tissue massage and remedial therapy. Ben thoroughly listens to you and does a proper Assessment. Worked on stretches working out what’s causing me issues. Muscles loosened off and plan in place moving forward. Hoghly recomend. .

My shoulders and legs were super tight going in, but I left feeling loose, relaxed, and way more mobile. It was deep, effective, and exactly what I needed.
