Had a very tight knee and was helped so much by a Deep Tissue Massage! Highly recommend for any sports people or athletes with slight issues, pains or tightness!

I had a good experience with faiths remedies as usual. This was the first time a therapist has prompted me to conversation through the session. I don't mind that but I feel it wasn't what I expected, and in hindsight I wonder if that distracted me from getting the most out of the massage as my shoulder is still a bit stiff and we didn't do anything on my calves. I have had the same therapist before so I don't think it was that. Perhaps I usually communicate a desire for a heavier more focussed experience akin to a sports massage? I will have to discuss it next time Thanks 🙏
