Had an amazing and very educational session with Abz today at Align&Thrive. He’s extremely professional and very welcoming, we had a great detailed consultation and discussed my issues and concerns. We talked and discussed throughout the whole treatment about reasons behind my issues and lifestyle choices. Overall I had a lovely experience and for my first ever chiropractic session, I’ll defiantly be coming back!

Fantastic! Definitely recommend

The gentleman who has helped my 88 year old mother, was extremely skillful, patient, and understanding. He made conversation, which is nice, not just with my mother but with me and my wife. He certainly knows what he's doing. My mother was suffering from extremely painful shooting pain down her leg and after 5 sessions, my mum feels great, walks very well and faster, standing up more straight and feels no pain. Couldn't ask for a better result. Thanks

Abz was so lovely and was very thorough with the initial assessment. I was quite nervous to begin with but abz was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything out clearly and discussing the plan moving forward in lots of detail. I would highly recommend!!

Unbelievable knowledge on body mechanics, Abz really does know his stuff. The difference in my pain and movement is night and day. Couldn’t recommend him higher.

an ongoing treatment and evolution of a recurring lower back issue. Advice, exercises and manipulation have made a huge difference....more mobility, less pain and more confidence in activities. There is no gain without pain on this path....LOL
