I visted Gayan via a recomendation from a freind who has had various sports injuries over 30 years and has used many different physios over this time. He said that of all the medical professionals that he has visited Gayan has been by far the best. I have had shoulder pain with limited mobility for over 6 months, had treatment via the NHS and other practitioners. At no point have I walked out after just an hours treatment feeling so good with an almost full range of mobility. Gayan explanes everything that he is going to do along the way and his knowledge and technique is unserpassed.

Had a deep tissue massage today with Tracy. She really got deep in and under my shoulders and got the knots out. The massage pressure was really firm as requested and really helped release a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thank you, Tracy! 10/10.

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

Amazing experience. So much was done within 1 hour to address my back pain, very deep tissue massage using various methods, and advice was given for ongoing stretching and training. No pressure to have multiple sessions, but the option is there which I will be taking up. Relaxed atmosphere and made sure I felt comfortable with the pressure and techniques used. Would highly reccommend.

I’ve experienced back and neck pains for a couple years and after several trips to the chiropractor and regular deep tissue massages I decided to take friends up on their recommendations to see Asirilanka Therapy. After 2 visits, one upper body and one lower body my shoulder and back feel so much better already. I booked for the Lower body to realign my hips as this was also causing me some pain and again in one session the pain has gone! I will definitely be booking in maintenance sessions - Highly recommend!
