I recently had a session with John Akowuah as my sports therapist, and I was very impressed with his work. He clearly knows his profession well and explained everything with confidence and clarity. The treatment itself was excellent - I felt completely relaxed afterwards, and it made a noticeable difference. I believe it's well worth booking in regularly, and I'd highly recommend John to anyone looking for a skilled and professional sports therapist.

I had an amazing experience with Gemma! She was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my needs regarding my body. She tailored the massage treatment perfectly to address my concerns, and I could feel the care and attention she put into it. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Wow! What a massage! I was warmly welcomed and shown to the room, massage started right on time. I had the thai oil massage for 1hr and felt absolutely fantastic afterwards. Definitely don't plan anything after you get a masaage here as you will need time to chill after as it is so relaxing! :) 100% recommend. Can't wait to come back. Thank You so much!

Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Thank you, Lilly, for my amazing microneedling session today! My skin already feels incredible, and I was genuinely shocked at how glowy my face looked after just one treatment. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
