I've had two remedial massage/cupping sessions so far which has really helped relieve my neck and lower back problems. I work remotely from home and most likely my pain is due to years of poor posture. He really listens and finds where the issues are and gives recommendation for stretches to improve everything. Can definitely recommend and will be booking another session again.

First going for a massage of any kind and I would happily come back! The massage was great, made sure to ask questions about any tight spots I wanted to work on and how much pressure I was comfortable with. Very nice set up that feels relaxing and very friendly service that puts you at ease. Would highly recommend!

Excellent massage, very considerate and took her time on pain point areas but didn’t lack on others! Really lovely welcome and for the first time in years I have woken up feeling a huge different, still tender as to be expected but I usually wake up in a lot of pain due to chronic back issues. I cannot thank you enough - I’ll definitely recommend and be back!

A truly relaxing and welcoming experience from start to finish. The warm bed and beautifully scented wax created a calm, comforting atmosphere. I cannot review Julie at Nirvana Massage Therapy highly enough. She is warm and welcoming. Conducts a thorough consultation every time, even as a returning customer. She expertly eases areas of tension and pain, and reads your body as she works, easing points you may not even had known needed work. I always leave feeling about 5 inches taller (the neck massage is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced elsewhere). I would recommend Julie and Nirvana Massage to everyone!
