I’ve had such a great experience with Ngaire. She’s incredibly warm, genuine and caring, and you can tell she really cares about the people she works with. I had a Reiki session with her and from the moment I arrived I felt completely comfortable and at ease. She creates such a calm, safe space where you can just relax, let go and be present. An absolutely wonderful experience! I cannot recommend Saila enough. I initially had an appointment because I wanted to find someone knowledgeable and experienced who I could send my post- operative patients to for lymphatic massages after their cosmetic surgery. Saila was calm, welcoming and warm and I could tell immediately that I was in safe and competent hands. I have sent many patients to Saila and they have all benefited from her treatment and only have good things to say. To be honest now I am hooked too, her treatments are relaxing and nurturing, which is exactly working mums need!

I can't speak highly enough for Saila. Every time I walk out of the clinic I feel like I different person. Shes so intuitive and just knows what you need and which body part may need some extra love. I went to see Saila because I've been living with chronic pain related to a maxilofacial condition, combined with the stress of everyday life, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. What can I say? With Saila, you always receive more than you expect, and your life is always better after you've been in her hands. I can't recommend her highly enough. Every session leaves me feeling better, both physically and emotionally.

Absolutely amazing experience with Ngaire. I’ve had Reiki treatments for many years, and this was by far the best session I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful massage and reiki treatment! The massage was so relaxing and we had a lovely chat. Ngaire knows exactly where the tension is, and gives great advice! And the reiki is really magic. She shifted some really dark, deep feelings and I came out feeling so different! She somehow knew exactly what was going on. I loved it and will definitely be back!
