Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Best lashes in Cardiff! Iren is so lovely and she always takes her time and makes sure I love my lashes. My lashes always look perfect and last longer than they have with any other lash tech. I’ve also had a bouncy blow dry with Iren which was absolutely gorgeous! The salon is beautiful and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Would 100% recommend!!

Highly recommend Ellie at True Colours. We travel out from Cardiff to see Ellie, great long-hair cutting, styling and finishing. Ellie is always warm and welcoming and we have great chats, she always makes you feel relaxed and is super efficient and great at her job. I couldn't be happier with my hair! Ellie has been doing my hair regularly since April 2025, and every single appointment has been amazing. The balayage is always beautifully blended and looks so natural. My cut is fresh and flattering, and the blow dry and styling finish it off perfectly every time. Ellie really listens to what I want and always offers great advice to keep my hair in perfect condition while going blonder. I completely trust her. She makes me feel so at ease at every appointment — she’s professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. I wouldn’t go anywhere else🩷

Molly was wonderful, asked lots of questions as to how I wanted my hair and what issues I had with it, then gave me a fab hair wash treatment and a fabulous cut and blow dry! As always, Alex was very tentative. She coloured and styled my hair exactly as I asked. I am pleased to say that the kerastraight treatment still has effect on my Hair despite being a couple of months since having it done. I would definitely recommend Alex. Thank you!
