Min is fantastic. Phenomenal experience today. I had an awful perm from a prior cut at a different place but not only did he fix it and made me look like a celebrity. Kept getting compliments. I will not think twice about going back. Min definitely gained a loyal customer. Another point to add is his attentiveness to details and understanding your desires/thoughts before getting right to the cut/styling. This is very valuable to have as a hairstylist and one that I find is lacking in all the other toronto salons.

I had my haircut + down perm done by Kristine, who was great. I’ve been coming to Hair Tree for the past few years and had my haircut done by other stylists including Jayden, Enoch, Jin, Jessie and Saemi, who were all excellent too.

Kristine was fantastic at explaining my haircut process. She was very thorough and detailed. I walked out of the salon having exactly what I hoped for and beyond. She offered me a few tips and tricks on how to style my hair at home and they have all been useful. Overall I'm very happy with my haircut and experience at the salon. I will be back for perm and balayage in the future.

I initially came in for a perm, and while the first result wasn’t exactly what I expected, I really appreciated how the salon handled my concerns. They responded to my email quickly and professionally, and made it clear they wanted to make things right. I went back a week later, and they provided a complimentary fix along with a treatment. My stylist, Mia, was amazing, she was friendly, patient, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the result. It was my first time at Gatsby Studio in Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill, and I had a wonderful experience. Sara did a great job cutting my hair. I went in on Sunday evening for a cut and style because I had a breakfast event on Monday — and the curls actually lasted! Very happy with the service.

Athena is sosooso amazing! I always love getting my hair done by her :) She does my feather hair extensions, toning, cut and style. I had an amazing experience here at Reborn.X. I was very nervous about getting a perm (Japanese straight perm) as I have never done this to my hair before. I figured this would be the best place to go to as they have wonderful reviews. All staff were very accommodating. I was even given snacks and tea while I was waiting for my hair to be finished. Andy did an amazing job and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Other staff were also very friendly and did a great job washing my hair. I highly recommend this salon!!!

Rex and another stylist are very talented and quick with the hair extensions application. Rex understood what was needed for my hair type and what my reason for getting extensions. Length and volume since I have very thin Asian hair. Thank you so much to Rex and the staff at Reborn X for the lovely experience.

I got a consultation on the style I wanted and ended up getting a haircut and perm with Jason. I would have given a full 5 star since I was incredibly satisfied with the results I got, but the staff who was responsible with the prep of the perm was slow (Jason had to take over in the end) and the other staff who was washing my hair was nowhere to be found for a while and the hair wash experience was very mid relative to what I used to have with them.

Was able to book a last minute appointment and it worked out great. Both lymphatic body massage and Korean facial with collagen treatment was great. I saw immediate results with the collagen treatment and will definitely be back. Thank you Jenny and team for a great experience.
