Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

We went for a first time haircut for my 18 month old. Sam was very patient and accommodating for a little boy who'd never experienced this before! Thank you for getting him looking less like a mad scientist and more like a little gent! We love his certificate and keepsake hairlock too!

Sam is so great with me and my two (very different) children. She always knows what to say to get them chatting. We always look fabulous when we come out, but that's not even half the reason why we like it so much. We wouldn't want anybody else to cut our hair.
