Good hair colour, however didn’t like when my hair was being brushed they were really pulling on my hair and it hurt. It happened both times I’ve been so would appreciate next time I come that my hair is brushed from the bottom first, then worked its way up to the top to avoid it hurting! Thank you

Excellent tint to roots, lovely balanced colour. The condition of my hair is easier to maintain, using the Authentic Beauty Concept Products. Definitely recommend.

After some confusion over my appointment everything went smoothly. The hairdressers are super friendly and very knowledgeable about curly hair and I felt at home straight away. I had a curly cut colour added at the roots to blend my grey hair and diffused drying. That lean back chair is awesome. Many thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable experience (and I am very hard to please when it comes to my hair).

Excellent as ever. Part 1 of my major restyle. Another 2 stages to go but still left loving the cut and colour. Great advice. Steve always listens to what you want and is honest about how it will suit you, your hair, your lifestyle. I know some idiot (never been a customer) has put a spurious review on here. Complete rubbish. Have been a customer for over 30 years and have always received good service.
