Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

It's fantastic from the moment you step through the door. Greeted with such a friendly hello and smile. Taken to your seat and a delicious coffee and chocolate enjoyed. The salon is busy and the atmosphere is a happy and professional one. Superb colour, shampoo, conditioner and a wonderful head massage. Followed by a top cut and blow dry complete with styled however you wish. More coffee and chocolate to further delight. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel so very welcomed and cared about. To leave feeling like a new person and a million dollars is amazing as are all the staff

Had a lovely cut and colour here. The staff are very friendly and the colour turned out exactly as described. Sophie listened to what I wanted and was able to give helpful advice about making the colour look more natural and last longer.

I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

Katie was brilliant and has created such a lovely environment. The head spa was unreal and even though I can’t fully relax with my brain (ADHD problems 😂) I felt so chilled and it felt stunning. The smells from the head massage smelt stunning and really added to the experience. Katie did a fab job on my very thick hair and knew exactly what my hair needed to get some health and shape back to it. Overall lovely experience and just what some people need, a salon without the busyness.. perfect! Thank you so much, I’ll be back 🥰
