Althia is the G.O.A.T !!! I had a wonderful, professional experience from consultation to styling. She was very attentive, answered all my questions, and provided me with all the maintenance information I would need to begin this journey. My hair turned out fantastic!!! I’ve been going to Aquarius for a few months now and I am just as impressed with the level of professionalism, customer service and hair treatment as I was on day one. Gail is extremely knowledgeable and talented and her and her staff are good at what they do, pleasant and accommodating. I have recommended quite a few friends and will continue to. Let me tell yalll ....the customer service experience was exceptional. Now the hair I originally wanted was sold out. I was in a slight panic but found another source with something similar. When I called Kimmy to make sure I was obtaining the right hair, her helpfulness was a breath of fresh air. No frustration in her voice (mind you I call she a million times lol) it was pure customer service bliss. Her work is exceptional . I love my hair and will definitely be back but who wouldn't after such an experience. Kudos to Island Serenity!!
