Treated myself to a spa afternoon - I had a body scrub, massage, facial and lvl lashes. It was sooooo relaxing that I almost fell asleep (did that twitchy thing when you're just dropping off - embarrassing!). Amy Beth did all my treatments and I can honestly say it was the BEST massage I've ever had....& at 55, I've had a few! I felt so relaxed and my skin was wonderfully soft after the treatments - can 100% recommend! The salon was clean and quiet and I was completely looked after - will be returning!

Another great sports massage from Lizzie - feeling great today (day after), & the niggly calf muscle I had feels nearly as good as new! Will be back later in the year for more - can't recommend Lizzie highly enough. She knows exactly the kind of massage I need, tailored superbly to the sports I do, and to the areas of my body which take most of the strain!

I had a deap tissue back and shoulders massage today. I have to admit it was a bit painful, but it was definitely worth going through this. I do get a massage a minimum once per month for the last 5 months, and I can feel a massive change in my back that has improved the quality of my life. Highly recommended!
