I’ve just had a sports massage and genuinely can’t believe the relief felt in my shoulder tension in just 30minutes. Alice is evidently very skilled and also super friendly. The salon itself is lovely and has nice relaxed vibes. I’m so happy to have somewhere so good on my doorstep as I’m often so guilty of neglecting myself hence the hunchback shoulders haha!

This was a true medical massage, not just a relaxing one. At times it can be painful because it targets deep muscle tension and problem areas, but the results are worth it. Krzysztof is very knowledgeable and has incredible strength in his hands. He found the areas causing discomfort and worked on them professionally. Usually go for a relaxing massage which are always fantastic and easily the best relaxing massage I’ve ever had , however today due to over training and over working my body was extremely sore so I asked Donna to do a deep tissue massage to help release the pain and tension which I was holding onto and it was absolutely fantastic , Donna is always comfortable to be around and great at what she does .
