Dominika was friendly and professional. Massage was very relaxing. Only thing that kept it from being great was occasional outside noise from people in reception and slightly uncomfortable headrest.

Leia always does such a great job of colouring, cutting and styling my hair. I travel from the other side of London to see her and really enjoy a good catch up, head massage, great tunes and her amazing latte art at each appointment.

I had the pleasure of visiting Iwona and her cozy head spa corner in central London. It was my first time experiencing this type of treatment, and I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly relaxing. A perfect way to unwind after a stressful week. Iwona ensured I was comfortable throughout the session and made sure everything was tailored to my preferences. Spectacular from start to finish. I will book an evening longer spa session and more treatments. I felt like a queen and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. And my god my massage and facial was so wonderful, I was in heaven. Highly recommend.

Was ok thanks! Therapist decided in the middle of massage to go upstairs to change the music! Also think it’s a good idea for security to lock the doors particularly if no one is on the reception! Not sure the therapist understood me but all ok! Massage was fine albeit the interruption! I don’t want to give a bad review!

I booked the head spa for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Iwona is a truly kind and caring person who clearly cares about giving her customers the best experience. The head massage was heavenly and I felt like I was floating on a cloud. Iwona washed my hair and it feels and looks amazing, then styled it. I felt so happy when I saw how my hair looked and it feels so healthy and nourished. The spa is so luxurious cozy and clean. I would really recommend this service, for two hours of intense tlc it’s amazing value for money.

Less of a massage and more of an all round healing experience

I booked an Indian head massage, expecting it to be limited to my head, but I was treated to a wonderfully relaxing full body experience. Ashanti began our session by stimulating pressure points on my feet and legs, before working on my upper back and shoulder knots, and finally gave me a tingly scalp and neck massage. The perfect way to spend half an hour.

Outstanding massage! Masseuse was attentive and thorough! Explained each part before it happened, pointed out problem areas and worked on a future treatment plan. Will definitely return to Liberty!

The shampoo and conditioner wash was incredibly relaxing—honestly one of the best I’ve experienced—and the head massage was pure bliss! Zoe did my haircut, and she was super friendly and really attentive. She took the time to ask how I usually style and prep my hair, and made sure to work with that. I asked for soft layers, and she nailed it—it turned out just the way I hoped. I think I may have found my go-to salon!

I’ve tried several massage places for office syndrome but this was the most effective. The therapist really understood which muscles were strained from sitting all day. After the session, my neck pain was relieved and I slept so well that night. Highly recommended!
