My children had half term Japanese headspa they have had a beautiful time and are so relaxed they had lots of fun making tiktok videos too thankyou molly. My youngest had a back neck and shoulder massage she has autism and loved every second it really relaxed her before bed time. Thankyou so much laura . She took time to do a thorough assessment and understand my difficulties and needs, considering my pole and aerial training and hypermobility, and has given me targeted exercises to help with my training goals alongside massage. Meesha is also really thoughtful and sensitive, and having massages with Meesha as part of my regular self-care has helped not only with my pole and aerial goals but also managing stress and looking after my mental health - very grateful thank you!
