Victoria is fantastic. I had a consultation, followed by a cut, colour and foil highlights. She is friendly, highly skilled and passionate about what she does and talks through the process. Plus she is an honest, lovely person and a pleasure to chat to. Right from the start, I knew I was in cable hands. I love my new style and colour and am booked in for my next appointment already. I had a 15 minute consultation and patch test done with Victoria before booking in for a colour/highlights and a cut. Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable at her craft. She listened to me and came up with some valuable input regarding new style and colour ideas. I am excited to go back to have my hair done.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. A very friendly masseur who took care and patience to deliver an excellent massage. Would definitely recommend this if you find yourself staying at the Delta hotel in York

Been coming to Alice for years and always great service, threw in a new treatment today and wow the facial was amazing so relaxing and my skin was definitely glowing. Alice also gave me lots of advise on how to look after my skin.

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

I saw recommendations for skin tag removal at Annabel’s studio on Facebook and having looked around the area the pricing seemed very reasonable. It was a great experience, I was in and out in no time and everything was explained to me. Will definitely recommend to others!
