All staff were welcoming and approachable and quickly diminished any anxiety I may have been feeling. The consultantation was informative and did not feel rushed which allowed for asking of questions and confirmations on specific details. Overall felt like care and attention was put into the consultation and general treatment of self. I am looking forward to going back and starting my treatment.

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. This was my first ever facial treatment, - I opted for the signature lymphatic facial. It was the most wonderful experience from start to finish, with the amazing therapist Grace. Alex was an absolute superstar with my 12 year old. Not only did he give him great haircut but he also taught him how to style it himself and gave great product advice without pushing the products (although we happily bought his recommended ones as they are lovely!) Would 100% recommend and look forward to booking myself in too!

Emily was fantastic! I didn’t really have a treatment in mind when I came for my initial consultation and analysis. After a very comprehensive breakdown of all that was on offer to assist my skin concerns I opted for a treatment that I’d been so considering for a long time but was too scared to take the plunge. Emily made the whole process and experience so calming and easy and I am thrilled with how it went and feel very lucky to have found her clinic! 100% recommend Emily as a beautician and just the nicest human being. You won’t regret reaching out to her!

Consultation was conducted well very informative and helpful.. India was very patient and understanding to my skin needs . I was recommended products to use and suggested treatments that would benefit my skin long term .. which would be looked at after first treatment and assessed accordingly. I am very happy hence I always recommend this clinic.
