Gemma’s knowledge and explaining the procedure is just absolutely amazing, I was very nervous and she talked through everything before and whilst doing the procedure and constantly asking if I was ok, I’ve never had any aesthetic's done before but at the grand age of 49 the Howell area has really got me down, I left a new woman and I’m so happy with the results, Gemma knows her stuff and most of all she’s totally honest and I’d never go to anyone else, she totally puts you at ease. Amazing experience and didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would , Thank-you Gemma your a star .

The Brow Barn was recommended to me by a friend. I had a consultation with Jade about the best treatment as I'd had my brows microbladed before. Jabe recommended combination brows. I had my first treatment which was totally painless. However, when I saw my brows I was a little worried to say the least. They looked uneven and one brow was quite swollen Jade assured me that my brows would be fine after a few days and to follow instructions and "trust the process". I did exactly that and after about 5 days my brows looked great. had my top up six weeks later and again I was a little worried with

I have just had my micro needling and profhilo. It was literally pain free , I’d heard some stories that were making me nervous and I was absolutely fine! Alisha’s technique is so gentle and she is so reassuring. I felt completely at ease and I’m looking forward to my follow up in 4 weeks. I was also advised on a skin care routine to suit me and was able to purchase the appropriate cleansing and skin care which makes life easier. Wonderful appointment with Alisha today. She really understands the skin and also knows people have different routines and small changes can make a big difference. The facial I had today was great, I was informed throughout the process of what everything was and how it should feel and what it will do to the skin. I was so impressed, I booked straight back in.
