Amie is amazing - right from my first contact she made me feel comfortable and welcome. When I first visited the clinic I felt like a friend being welcomed for a catch up. Amie answered all my questions and helped me to understand the differences in the treatments I was interested in. My treatment with Amie was perfect, she’s friendly, warm and welcoming. had my first experience today in “teddy grace” when booking my consultation i placed on my notes that i had anxiety and a tic disorder. during my appointment with Kate, i felt the most comfortable i have ever had while in a salon. she talked me through each step and made sure i knew what she was doing and was comfortable. not only did she made me feel comfortable during my appointment she offered my partner and myself a drink - which we were very thankful for due to the warm weather today! i cannot thank kate enough for my service! definitely will be returning!

First time derma planing today. I admit I was a little nervous, thinking of losing my skin and being scabby, but it was the most relaxing hour. I fell asleep at times (sorry). Eleanor was gentle and explained everything. My face at the end was glowing and smooth. No redness for me or scabs!! Would totally recommend.

I had an indulgent facial treatment and Maria was very nice at all times. She included a Skin Analysis and honestly, never understood my skin as well as today! She is so knowledgeable and tailored a perfect advice for me. We’re going to be working in my skin concerns and I feel more educated and in control now.
