I love booking in with Lisa for massage and reflexology treatments. It's helped so much, I'm already seeing brilliant results. Total chill time and everyone needs it to unwind. Definitely recommend.

Natalie provided cupping treatment on my back, something which I'd never had before. The process was clearly explained and the results, all I can say is wow. The difference afterwards was amazing. I hadn't realised how stiff my neck and shoulders had become. Huge thank you, so wish I'd done this sooner.

Michelle did a fantastic job on my nails. They were long and definitely due for a reshape and change of colour. She also gave a listening ear to me let loose of all my stresses and can honestly say I felt much better after a good cry, chinwag and fresh new nails.
