I recently visited Browbabe for my first experience with fillers and botox and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Shannon, the owner, has done my eyebrows before and I knew I was in good hands. She guided me in choosing right treatments ,and her expertise truly shone through. I was very apprehensive about coming in for my appointment however it was an amazing opportunity to meet with my technician. She was incredibly calm and kind and explained the process fully and was wonderfully empathetic, resulting in me leaving after the consultation feeling totally reassured and looking forward to my microblading appointment in late July or as soon as I am able to be booked in. I had my top up microblade session with Shannon. As usual, Browbabe is friendly and very professional. Shannon is amazing at what she does. The room was spotless and I was made comfortable for my treatment. I was asked regularly if I felt ok and the results were brilliant. Very highly recommended

What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.

Always the best service, feel so comfortable and Kay really knows her stuff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Xx
