I had an amazing experience at Ritzy’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The attention to detail was impressive, Dom really listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut that was even better than I imagined. Great fade, and the kind of precision you only get from someone who genuinely cares about their craft. The shop has a great atmosphere friendly, professional, and relaxed we booked my wife in the following day. I left feeling fresh, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience!
