my first time sat in a salon chair in 10+ years. I suffer with really bad anxiety and bipolar and I have to say all the girls where friendly in salon. amie fitted my extension, and talked me through it step by step, she was really calming and an overall loverly person. I always love getting my hair done by Shanté, i always have a great conversation with her and enjoy every second im there, she makes sure all her clients have a positive, comfortable experience and are leaving genuinely happy with their service. Its made so obvious she cares about her clients, their experience and her work. Shes always worth the drive down from surrey and im always excited to come back x
