I just got back from TRIMZ after a haircut, beard trim, and facial wax. This place is seriously high-class. The whole atmosphere is quiet and immediately soothing—it feels like a real break, not just a quick appointment. They have an amazing attention to detail. My stylist took serious time with the beard sculpting and the waxing was handled with surprising care and precision, not rushed at all. I keep coming back because of Praize, who is truly professional and exceptional in everything related to nail care. Her attention to detail and quality of work are the main reasons I choose this salon. My only suggestion is to introduce a loyalty or rewards programme for regular customers. Many competing salons with lower prices already offer loyalty cards, and I believe this would add great value and encourage long-term customer loyalty. I hope the management considers this improvement.
