Nam is Buddha's gift to mankind, with her angelic goddess-like hands. Honestly, I was struggling to stay awake the entire session. I booked the 90 minute Deep Tissue Sports Massage, and with the meticulous attention to detail that Nams pays, she was able to identify an alloted amount of knots throughout my musculature, from shoulders right down to my calves. Have been coming to Nature Reflexology & Massage for quite some time! I always have the best full body massage & foot reflexology, I leave feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed! I would definitely recommend coming here, plus the staff are always so lovely and accomodating!

This was the best massage I have had till date. Nana is amazing. She exactly knows where to work on with the muscles and the pressure was perfect. We have been going for weekly massages for about 6 weeks and the experience has been spectacular. The massage therapists are very good and we've tried four different therapists and they're all very good at their craft. I've had a tight shoulder and forearms and the relief has been amazing. We would highly recommend Sanctuary.

Jack performed the Traditional Chinese Pedicure which he did with great efficiency and Zoe did my foot reflexology massage which was amazing. I highly recommend visiting for a variety of treatments. So amazing.

Best Thai massage on the North Shore!

lovely experience. had a couple’s massage deal and the masseuse’s were very kind & mindful to how i had eczema by giving an oil option that is skin friendly. the massage was beautiful and had us feeling super light & relaxed afterwards! was also able to have complimentary ginger tea which added to the experience

In order to maintain flexibility and movement in my upper and lower back I have frequented a number of Thai massage services on the North Shore, I now get a regular 90 min Thai Oil massage at Sala and they provide the best friendly massage I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.
