What a woman. Katelyn went through my consultation form with me, very understanding what I needed during my session and guided me through it step by step. The massage itself was lovely, really worked my back and muscle pain. The after process and evaluation was superb, it’s reassuring that Katelyn understands my body, guiding me how to relieve the pain in the future. Totally recommend. I can’t recommend Charlotte enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had my extensions, colour and cut done and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The colour is flawless, matched perfectly, and exactly what I was hoping for. The extensions feel so natural and look stunning, and the cut just finished everything off beautifully. Charlotte really listens, takes her time, and has such an eye for detail. She makes you feel completely at ease. 100% my go-to from now on!
