Today was my 2nd visit to House of Rose…. As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome by the lovely Reception staff. My appointments for the treatments I have received were with Jennifer, who is absolutely amazing at what she does and so knowledgeable. Straight away you are put at ease and everything is explained fully. I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend this fab place and Jennifer x

I had nanonbrows done - everyone was so lovely and made you feel very comfortable. Charlotte explained the full process, asked about how I liked my eyebrows as well as the colour and showed me the outline of my eyebrows before to make sure I was content with the shape. I am so happy with the result! I highly recommend 🫶🏽

The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. Fenny is very skilled and just lovely. Injections under the eye with polynucleotides. Very carefully done with minimal pain

Absolutely incredible experience! I cannot recommend the ASMR top to toe massage enough. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a place of pure tranquility. The atmosphere is beautifully curated - calm and soothing with soft light, gentle music and the perfect aroma to instantly put you at ease. You can tell that every detail has been thoughtfully designed to enhance relaxation. The massage itself was phenomenal! Expertly done at an unhurried pace.
