I booked a deep cleanse facial last minute and arrived 20 mins late, but Zara welcomed me warmly with water and no rush. The venue was cozy, spacious, and calming—perfect for my anxious heart. The facial included a head/neck massage, LED therapy, gua sha, and hot towel—all part of the treatment, not charged separately. Her touch was soft, music gentle, and the whole experience felt healing. She even recommended a closer venue and made me feel truly cared for. Grateful-highly recommend Zara. Thank you so much, Zara. I absolutely loved my Japanese hair spa experience at KBH. From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed. The staff took such good care of me and my friend. Amazing massage with Amy! They really paid attention to every part of my body. I was so impressed at how they dealt with my ticklish parts.. I’ve never been able to relax into a foot massage because of this but Amy got the right pressure level for me it was great. Left very very relaxed

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

I love Jeanette's warmth towards clients. I had the most amazing massage. I knew my legs were tight and she was so good in slowly adding pressure to help release the tension. Felt so much better and relaxed when I left
