Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. Lovely couple of hours. Well worth the money! Nice comfy room. Nice and dark , the way it should be. Amazing massage & facial. Proper full body too, not like some where they neglect your feet! Deffo recommend.

I had another amazing full body massage with Tina. Tina is a true professional and makes sure that everything is perfect from the start of the session ie. Room mood set with music and lighting to the end when I think I may have drifted off she has a very calming aura about her which reflects on her massage . I will defo be back for more
