Absolutely wonderful. Pete is very professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it would benefit me. I went to see Pete with tension headaches and neck and shoulder stiffness. I was given specific exercises that would benefit me with a follow up message with further information. I have visited a few Sports Massage Therapists over the years and I can honestly say this is the best deep tissue massage treatment I have received. Jo is such a professional with meticulous attention to detail with her treatments. She clearly explained the whole process of semi permanent make up for my brows and took as long as was necessary to decide on the correct tint for my skin tone. Joanne did a beautiful medical grade pedicure for me and it was so relaxing and my feet feel brand new. I'm the type of naughty girl who goes outside in bare feet so it was a big job. The best part was Joanne's amazing reflexology skills. Having that as part of the pedicure was just perfect and unlocked several areas of emotional and physical blockage and I walked out floating. I'm booking in for a full reflexology session as soon as I can. So happy. such great value and a lovely person.
