Prisca was amazing! I had a full body massage - extremely relaxing experience and for a reasonable price... The studio was very clean, the temperature in the room was just perfect. Prisca was very professional and after the massage she shared her observations and gave me tips on how to ease my aches. Great experience - Highly recommended!

Alice was absolutely amazing! I had a full body and a facial and her techniques for both were great. She listened to my requests and carried them out perfectly. Only downfall which is absolutely nothing to do with the treatments I received - was that the walls must be thin as I could hear any external noise so couldn’t 100% relax.

Blissful full body massage with Ruth. It really felt like she assessed and adjusted with her hands to tailor the experience to me, made it a very personal and valuable experience. Also very friendly but professional. The treatment time and quality is very good value for money.

I am not a connosiour of massage therapy but I really felt that I needed some hands on treatment for well-being and relaxation. I wasn't disappointed! Today I had my first of 3 full body massages and was really impressed by the professionalism of my therapist, the value for money and the overall experience which was lovely. The most healing and wonderful experience. I had a massage with Lou recently, following some health challenges. They listened so attentively to me about what I needed and I felt really safe and relaxed being massaged by them. My body felt such a release of tension after the massage. I had a great massage with Lou. They were very careful to clarify expectations at the beginning of the massage and checked in with me throughout. I'm going through a hard time at the moment and Lou made me feel very safe and at ease. I felt much calmer and more grounded after my massage, and much of the bodily pain I'd been experiencing had eased off too. I'd recommend Lou to anyone and looking forward to going back :)

Excellent massage very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Excellent service and lovely professional beautician. Lea did my eyebrow tint and shaping beautifully and my nails too would definetely recommend NB at Rottingdean.

I enjoyed my pedicure with Lea very much. I felt very relaxed, and Lea tailored my pedicure to me. I have visited twice now and Lea has made me feel very welcome and comfortable on both occasions. I left the salon feeling uplifted and very happy with my treatment. I feel relaxed enough to consider a massage and will be looking to book that very soon.

Fab massage again , Alice concentrated on my areas of concern feeling more relaxed in my back now .

Lou was wonderfully attentive and supportive of how I was feeling. I feel my body was taken care of and respected at all times. I feel a lot better afterwards and lighter. Would highly recommend them to anyone who's interested in having a massage done 🤗

She was fantastic not only when greeting upon arrival but my massage was amazing she worked on my knots ! and now I feel all relaxed .
