I saw Meagin today for the first time and I am so happy with the results! She is lovely, and was able to create the color and style that I had requested. It turned out even better than I had anticipated. Meagin has a warm welcoming personality, she asks questions and listens to your answers, and I felt right at home with her. The whole experience was relaxing, and the space at Diamond is very clean, modern and comfortable. I like that they use gentle products. The other technicians working there also seemed very friendly. Just wanted to give a shout out to Liberty! My daughter had a pedicure and I had a mani and pedi with Liberty today. Not only is her work top notch ( attention to detail, gentle , makes sure you get exactly what you want ) but also she is an outstanding human being. Such a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. Had a facial with Gen this afternoon and it was very good. As I entered Diamond Beauty I was greeted and welcomed with a handshake by Gen with a smile. The facial was very relaxing together with the neck massage..As Gen was doing the facial, she explained what mask she would be doing. Gen was very thorough knowledgable and very delicate with her facial procedure and massage throughout the service. I left feeling very good and relaxed, thank you, Gen.

Wow! This was my first time getting my hair cut by Joey and what a great experience! She scratched my scalp in the most satisfying way during the shampoo step, and I didn’t think it could get much better… but while my hair was soaking up the conditioner she gave me the most relaxing massage on my scalp temples, and neck. I could have fallen asleep! During the cut we shared a few laughs and I felt completely confident in her knowledge and experience. I highly recommend her!

Always the best salon in cloverdale

My experience was good I had full attention for the entire hour unlike my wife’s experience on Saturday when she was left with a mask on and her person left the room and had a break . We would return for Gen.

I’ve been seeing Joey for years, and every visit is a pleasure from start to finish. She’s warm, engaging, and full of vibrant energy while maintaining absolute professionalism. Always on time and thorough, she explains every service and product in detail based on my hair type, never overselling. Joey listens closely, offers thoughtful advice, and collaborates to craft a flattering cut and style that compliments my features and personality. The salon is bright, spacious, beautifully decorated for winter, and feels welcoming, with easy parking, flexible scheduling, and fair pricing.

I had a 60 minute relaxation massage with Jass and it was fabulous. Her hands felt great, I was comfortable the whole time, and communication with regards to pressure level was great.

I LOVE my lashes! Katherine did an amazing job - she is very talented. I talked her ear off the whole time she did her magic. Thank you, Katherine, for listening to me and for having an eye for what lashes best suited me.

Sabrina once again sent me to Cloud 9 and allowed me escape for a wonderfully filled 90 minutes. I relished in pure bliss letting my mind, body and skin completely relax and rejuvenate and my soul heal. Thank you Dear S for another much needed mini-day vacation! Cari :-)
