Everything was very neat and nice, my technician was very polite and her hands were very light. The only issue I incountered is that I made the reservation for 3 people the same time and the were only able to accommodate 2, but they shifted her for the next day.

Everything is good except the last step (scrub and lotion and as u know its the best part for the customers!!🤭 They do it in a hurry always without massage. The experience will be perfect if they do massage for at least two minutes

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Joseline was professional and extremely talented . The massage was excellent, with perfectly balanced pressure and slow, relaxing movements. She made sure to sanitize her hands throughout the session and again before the head massage, which I really appreciated. She was also quiet, polite, and highly respectful throughout the entire experience. Lovely , serene and quiet place. Greeted with a smile from d beautiful receptionist, seated and served with hot/cold drinks and patchi chocolate. My therapist Ms Sophie was very kind and respectful. She have a good hand and massage me well in between my hair session. Of course i add on the massage services. Keep it up!
