Olena is the best massage therapist I know. I have been going to her for years and just love her. She customizes her massages based on my needs and always remembers what I need the most. She has a great balance between deep tissue and relaxation, leaving me feeling stretched, toned and completely relaxed. I love that I can count on going into a trance/deep sleep every time she gives me a message. That is the telltale sign of a great masseuse!!

After massage, Olena took time to go over some stretches with me that I can do at home to help relax some of the chronic tension in my body.. She explained each one and demonstrated them. I have hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction and these stretches will go really well with some of the other exercises I'm doing. Olena goes beyond expectations for the sake of helping her clients. I highly recommend her!
