Emma gave me an extremely pleasant prenatal massage that helped my whole body relax. The whole session was wonderfully relaxing and deeply releasing. The space itself is beautiful, and the amazing scents in the room gave everything an extra layer of calm. Emma is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing and relaxing full body massage. Deborah made me feel so welcomed and focused on all the tensed and painful areas. I am very tense person and she released all the tense spots with amazing technique. Definitely worth it and will come back again.

Fabulous experience with Sarah from start to finish caring for and looking after my c-section scar post-surgery. I'd had c-section massage before so knew what to except but Sarah went well above and beyond this and far exceeded my expectations. She talks through her process and gives support and encouragement to continue the healing process at home. I'd have no issue recommending Sarah to anyone looking for a specialist in c-section massage and therapy.

Amazing experience having a pregnancy massage! Sarah is incredibly skilled and made me feel totally comfortable throughout the session. I came in with tension in my shoulders and walked out feeling like a new person. The atmosphere was super calming, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Had Achilles tendon pain lately caused by running and getting old. Bethan's sports massage has eased the pain. She strapped the injury brilliantly and has given me a new programme to work on. She is always really knowledgeable, is able to get to the cause of the problem(s) and is super-friendly.
