Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! Loved it! I know I selected a non-chatty massage but I think I might have talked more than my massage therapist Naomi. It was really good and I had to pause mid-sentence a lot of times to actually enjoy the massage. I am now looking into purchasing a membership so I can come every month to enjoy this goodness! Totally recommend.

Absolutely 10/10. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made it a relaxing stay from start to finish. Lydia was awesome and managed to remove some knots from my back that have been there for awhile. Alice also provided amazing service and gave me refreshments after the massage. Can't wait to go back.

An absolutely amazing experience! I experienced the a Gua sha massage done by Wendy and I can't stop raving about it! Her offering was a service that was equally technically incredible and passionate. Truly a beautiful space with an amazing and welcoming staff! They greeted me with a cup of warm tea and sent me out with a bowl of fresh fruit and a sweet treat! So much gratitude and appreciation for the time I spent at pemberley!

I love how they truly listen to their clients and go above and beyond to create the ultimate relaxation — the blackout curtains were the cherry on top! And Alicia… she has magic in her hands! It was a gorgeous and luxurious experience and the hospitality was unmatched. The facility is super well maintained and absolute, gorgeous and clearly a lot of thought and time was put into the design and my massage was fantastic and was one of the first massages where I was kept warm throughout the music was a perfect temperature support was put underneath my legs at various points overall, a highly recommended experience and it is worth every sentence and dollar that you pay.

From the moment I reached out, my experience at Lotus Massage Studio was exceptional. Christian was my first point of contact and was incredibly informative—he took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel at ease, especially since it was my first massage. Felisha was absolutely amazing! She checked in with me throughout the session, made sure I was comfortable at all times, and turned what I expected to be a one-time visit into something I now consider a must. Our visit was an eventful day with Grandma (me), 2 daughter-in-laws and 3 granddaughters having a special day together. We were treated like royalty as soon as we got there. The setting was so tranquil and well detailed. The spa was very clean and the services were amazing - massages and facials - and having the sauna and steam room was wonderful. Great temperatures to enjoy. We finished off with a lovely and very healthy refreshment. We were not rushed and were very well attended to. We will definitely go again!
