After a long drive back from Mildura, I visited Kuniko for a Shiatsu. She worked out the tension in my entire body, and my stiff fingers moved smoothly again after she explained the cause and applied Shiatsu. June took the time to listen to what was sore, and tailored the treatment to my requirements. Believe it or not, that's rare to find in a massage therapist. Walked out of the session feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and there was a debrief afterwards with further advice which was appreciated. Highly recommend

I met Kuniko through a mutual friend. I visited her to see if she could help with my frozen shoulder, which I developed after a fractured arm. She’s been working on not only my shoulder but also other parts of my body to address the root cause of the issue. As a result, my shoulder has regained its original flexibility, allowing me to perform yoga poses that I couldn’t do since the injury. I truly appreciate Kuniko’s professionalism and enthusiasm in helping me recover.

This was my second appointment with Kuniko. The original appointment had to be cancelled by her, but she personally contacted me, thanked me for my re-visit, and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. She was also very flexible and re-scheduled my appointment. I’ve confirmed that Kuniko is not only skilled in Shiatsu but also excellent in customer service in the back office.
