Leah is a true pro! She was so thorough when it came to shaping my nails so they were all the same length and shape. She also recommended a nail shape that was better suited to my lifestyle and did some of the best nail art I've ever had done.

I’ve been going to a ‘nail bar’ for sometime now but it was never a nice experience, always very rushed. I decided to go to Joanne for the first time. It was like night and day, such a lovely, relaxing experience in a lovely environment. Joanne is so easy to talk to, many thanks for listening to me Joanne (turned into a bit of a counselling session) lol. Seriously no more ‘nail bar’ for me.
