I am desperately needing a massage and found Ganesha Thai Massage online with highly rated recommendations. After getting a 90-minute massage, I now understand why this place is a gem. It’s a new business open in the beginning of 2025, situated in the north part of old town Alexandria with plenty of parking. The massage salon projects a sense of peace and tranquility, and is meticulously maintained. Weena, the owner and a therapist, makes you feel comfortable and at ease the moment you arrive. At the end the session, I feel like a new person. Highly recommend!

I had two amazing massages here during the two weeks I stayed in Alexandria. My first one was deep tissue and made me feel so relaxed. My second one was both deep tissue and lymphatic drainage. I am so grateful to their hard work and kind, attentive care.

Best nail salon in Alexandria!! Be sure to make an appointment. They’re always on time and do a very thorough and meticulous mani/pedi that lasts for weeks. Very clean, great massage chairs, and as the name says, Cozy atmosphere. Checks all the boxes!

I had a great experience at the location in Alexandria, VA. My masseuse, Yuma, was excellent. She was very attentive and clearly experienced with Thai stretching techniques. The session was a bit intense at times, & i was a little sore afterward, but the stretching really helped with the stiffness I’ve been having on my left side. By the end of the session, I could already feel an improvement in my mobility. Yuma did a great job targeting the tight areas while still making sure I was comfortable. If you’re dealing with stiffness or limited mobility & are open to deeper stretching, I recommend.

My Thai massage with Weena was one of the best massages I've ever had. The stretches were perfect and her pressure was extremely firm. I do intense strength training 3 days a week and workout in general almost every day. This is exactly what I need. I will be back many more times.

We celebrated our anniversary at Ganesha Thai Massage Spa today with my Husband. It was our first at the spa and we were greeted with hospitality and soothing tea. We did a 90 min couples massage that included a soak for our feet, full body thai massage, hot stones and great stretches. Nion and Keo, our masseuses, were friendly and professional. Afterwards we chatted with the owners and were served more delicious tea. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I highly recommend this place. They value customer experience and service.

It’s not only beautifully decorated with authentic Thai pieces but Weena & Keo pay special attention to your pain area & do their best to treat it. Amazing experience and Viva is super sweet. She got into places in my neck, hands and legs that most people do not get. She also listened and gave me a long head rub when I said I wanted more focus on my head and neck. They also stretch you and use different massage tools to help get into your pain areas. Would highly recommend!

Today I had my first Thai massage. I wasn’t sure what to expect but in the hands and under the feet of Sara, I had one of the most blissful massages ever. The premises were also inviting. Though the room was a bit cold, the heated bed and sheets more than made up for the chill. If you’re ever in old town Alexandria, do yourself a favor and schedule a date at Malee’s.

My experience at Ganesha Thai Massage in Alexandria was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, it was one of the most thoughtful and effective massages I’ve ever received. Keo—one of the male therapists—has a truly intuitive touch. You’ll leave feeling aligned, renewed, and somehow already planning your next visit. I highly recommend starting with the deep Thai and herbal split massage—it’s the perfect blend of pressure and healing. Then, work your way up to a full herbal massage. You won’t regret it.

This was my first visit to Cozy Nail & Spa. My friends highly recommended this place for a pedicure. Very relaxing experience and one of the best pedicures in a long time. Gloria did a wonderful job with my pedicure and made the service very enjoyable! My feet/nails look great! The salon is in a heart of old town but there was plenty of parking on Queen Street just a block away. The pedicure massage chairs were comfortable and looked new. Cute and cozy nail salon!
