This was my first appointment and I had a package of foot massage, full body massage and a facial. This experience was the best I have ever had. I felt welcomed, comfortable and relaxed in the environment. Elena is truely amazing at what she does and her attention to detail is impressive. She ensures you have the best possible experience I drove 2 hours for the appointment and will definitely be back for more ⭐️🥰

Today was my third visit to Koko Kali, Elena is always so kind and professional. Massages are excellent. I tried the pamper package with a hydra style facial and foot pampering, both were a delightful addition. With each visit, I get more relaxed!

OMG best pedicure ever! Jamecia is so lovely and such a great nail expert - her attention to detail was great and she listened to all of my concerns to turn my ugly little winter feet to gorgeous, hydrated, look-like-Barbie feet! Also, the massage is just heavenly. Totally recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing. Had a facial massage, never had one before & it was so relaxing. The full body massage was also fantastic, finished off with a foot detox & a pot of tea. Felt fabulous afterwards, thanks so much.

Exceeded expectations! I booked a 60min leg and foot massage with Ruby and walked out feeling amazing. I've been training for a dance sports event which can be punishing on the lower limbs. Ruby worked skilfully with enough pressure to dissolve the hard knots without tipping over into pain. I think she managed to reverse weeks of accumulated tension in just one hour! The environment was calming and the hot towel and sweet ginger tea at the end rounded off the whole experience beautifully. Definitely recommended!

They advertised a $65 massage online, when I went to book it online there was only a $70 option, so i booked this to secure the time slot, when I arrived and asked to get the $65 option they were advertising they wouldn't change it because they were "In the middle of updating their prices" After arguing that they're still advertising the $65 option, she wouldn't budge.

Another wonderful experience, the atmosphere is relaxing and so efficient, the massage itself was very skillful and therapeutic. I love how methodical the process is and the staff really are just so lovely. I am making a point of visiting as regularly as I can to alleviate the various muscular issues I've been having as the Hilot is the best style of massage I've experienced so far.
