Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

I had a pick and mix package as I love a back massage and a facial but I also think it’s important to look after your feet, so I also picked a reflexology treatment. I was really relaxed to the of falling asleep.

BEST FACIAL EVER!! tried the Chocolate facial for the first time and now I'm booked in for next 6 months! It was super luxurious and my skin feels so clean, clear and smooth the day after. Lucy has just got magical hands, the massage that comes with the facial is so relaxing and it's just what I need on a monthly basis!! 😌

Lovely and relaxing as always. I would have never have chosen a foot massage and a facial before. I would normally just have a back massage. But it’s my go too now

Lucy made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived with her warm, friendly personality. I had the hot stone back massage with reflexology. I was very knotted and Lucy targeted those areas. The reflexology was amazing, Lucy explained and was knowledgeable of the foot connections with the anatomy. Will be returning.

Absolutely beautiful treatment this morning - I had my first pregnancy massage and it was amazing! I was so relaxed, comfortable and loved every minute. The setting i.e., the treatment room is truly beautiful too. A perfect spot for a massage..highly recommend! Thanks 🤍

Natalie made me feel incredibly relaxed from start to finish, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I can already tell it’s going to have amazing results, and I can’t wait to see the full effect. I've had a few different treatments now at Hygge and I couldn't recommend Chel enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about all things massage related and provides a very comfortable and cosy atmosphere. Over the years I've had a lot of massages at different places and Chel is definitely one of the best! I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Firstly Natalie absolutely welcoming and warm . Environment cosy and comfortable , right temp , ambiance . The massage itself skilled and products used quality , lovely smell and left skin amazing . Lovely experience and extremely good value for money . Defo be booking soon ❤️
