Absolutely beautiful massage. I NEVER fall asleep during massages but I nodded off a good few times and it was so relaxing. Lucie was absolutely spot on with the pressure which needed to be firm but not too firm because I was there for relaxation but I do feel like my body very much got the massage that it needed. Definitely re-booking.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at SB Sports Massage. Joe my therapist took time to understand what I needed, and the treatment was great. Excellent sports massage, I had one 4 days before and then another 3 days after my first marathon, it helped me to be in the best condition and to recover. I’m sure the massages even helped knock a couple of minutes off my time!

I can recommend the Indian Head Massage. Very relaxing 10/10

Great leg massage from Katie, really worked the muscles to leave them feeling a bit battered as they should but ultimately like I have a new pair of legs!! Highly recommended.

Visited SB sports massage & rehab after a couple of recommendations. I went due to lots of upper back/neck tension and tight calves. Booked a sports massage with Joe, he discussed the areas I wanted targeting prior and then tailored the massage to fit. Immediately afterwards the tight feeling went, and I feel like a new person🤩 thank you!
