Been to see Rich a few times now and have a couple more sessions booked in prior to Brighton in April. He is very professional offers humour to distract me from the required pain and I always feel nice and refreshed afterwards. Definitely recommend

I have been a client of Rich's for nearly 10 years now. He has been amazing the entire time and has taken more courses along this time in order to up skill. This has benefitted my health issues and my musculoskeletal needs due to chronic health problems no end. I literally can't function without his expertise. Can't recommend this service enough. First time booking a full session of needling after sampling it alongside massage previously.
