Michelle is the best therapist I have ever visited. The massage itself was brilliant, my body feels so much lighter, like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Michelle is such a professional but she is also so welcoming and such a comforting presence. Highly highly recommend!

Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Marta gave me an excellent deep tissue massage, ensuring I was comfortable with the whole process. The lymphatic drainage effects were pretty much immediate and I feel about an inch taller

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.
