Sanna is beautiful and my first experience of zenthai shiatsu massage was a very different experience for me. I felt safe, comfortable and was able to release some old emotions and energy. My body felt more open and free and I will definitely be back for another one.

I had a wonderful time at The Banya for my birthday. The Deep Tissue massage with Dan was amazing. The sauna into the cold pool was my favourite part of the bathhouse, it’s so invigorating. The cocktails and dumplings are a must. Everything at Banya is good for the soul. I can’t wait to visit again.

Great massage and experience overall, awesome facilities and the therapist was friendly, professional and skilled in deep tissue massage. The room was quite bright considering it was night, a little stark and the noise from the bar was distracting at times.

The biggest disappointment for me was that I booked a deep tissue massage but it was a very bog standard relaxation massage. I didn't feel like any of my muscles were worked at all. I also felt like probably everyone gets the same massage. This would be fine if it were cheaper than paying for a proper remedial massage therapist (or if you made it clear that only relaxation was available) but it wasn't. I really enjoyed the bathhouse but probably wouldn't book a massage again for this reason.

Our 1 hour massage was out of this world good!! We walked out so relaxed! Bathhouse is stunning! The pools are beautiful! Was pretty quiet when we were there, but if it got too busy I think it would get a bit crowded. Only little criticism would be the change rooms. They are very small and we found ourselves queuing for the toilets and showers. Can't wait to come back!

The bathhouse itself was so lovely, but SUPER packed when we got there, which made it hard to move around to the different sections. Some really obnoxious guests drinking in the spas as well, but one of the bartenders did come and eventually tell them to move away from the area with their drinks. Massage experience was really relaxing and chilled. Such a gem of a find in Mullum!

What a wonderful afternoon we had. It started out with massage. Thank you to Johan. My massage was the very best I have ever had. I went in with a sore shoulder and neck and left feeling greatly relaxed and my shoulder and neck discomfort greatly relieved. Nic and Renee also very complimentary of their massage experience. The amenities were clean and beautifully designed and presented. Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. I attended with my two daughters. Very grateful to have had time to stop and talk and connect. Custom massage by Kaz-Amazing massage.!! My body was terrible bad condition. Shoulder and neck, back and legs, the hand and foot joint pain. All pains were gone after massage. She has high skill and knowledge, and I got lots of advice of my body and skin.

Excellent remedial massage. I never knew I was that flexible!

As usual the whole treatment was divine, infra red sauna, swim and a massage, we are blessed to have this cottage called Bare Nature in Valla Beach especially the people who help make it that much more special.
